We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant for 30 hours per week Monday – Friday. Responsibilities include: greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone system, filing, typing, and document/report preparation, etc. Applicant must be well-organized, a self-starter, able to prioritize duties, and multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, etc.) required. Confidentiality and sensitivity are a must. Preference will be given to applicants with church- life experience.
